TIMELESS THERAPEUTIC DAY SPA
In order for everyone to have a positive TIMELESS experience, we, the staff and management, request the following:
- Upon entering TIMELESS, please turn off or lower the volume of all pagers and cell phones.
- Upon entering TIMELESS, please lower the volume of your voice. It is respectful of all and maintains a peaceful atmosphere.
- Children are invited to experience treatments at TIMELESS. However, if they are not at TIMELESS for a treatment or are unable to behave in an exemplary manner, please make other arrangements for your children. We want you and other guests to enjoy treatments in a relaxing and carefree setting.
- We want you to be happy. If at any time during your treatment, you are not comfortable with the temperature, pressure, scent, please advise your therapist. Your time is valuable; be comfortable and happy.
- Like yours, our time is valuable. With the success of TIMELESS Therapeutic Day Spa, we have been unable to accommodate appointments for all of our guests. To avoid a $30 rescheduling fee for missed appointments or last minute cancellations, we request
24-hour advanced notice.
- If you are visiting TIMELESS Therapeutic Day Spa for the first time, welcome! We ask that you arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to fill out an intake form and to become familiar with our spa.
- If you are booking more than one appointment, please expect to reserve those appointments with a credit card.
- A gratuity is not expected. Should you choose to compliment your therapist, any amount is appreciated. 15%-20% of the total service is suggested. For your convenience, the front desk staff will be happy to distribute the gratuity to the respective therapist.
